SENEGAL: The country at the tourism fair in Paris.

The Senagal was present at the 39th edition of the Tourism Fair, IFTM Top Resa, which opened last Tuesday in Paris, at the Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles.

The Minister of Toroisme Mame Mbaye Niang has reaffirmed the need to make Senegal a tourist pole open to the world. He recalled that the Senegalese government has made an investment of 100 billion CFA francs for airport infrastructures with the opening on December 7 of the Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD).

The Director General of the Senegalese Tourist Promotion Agency, Mouhamadou Bamba Mbow, was also present to highlight Senegal’s destination, with a focus on the regions of Sine-Saloum and Casamance.

Various other professionals in the tourism sector and structures linked to the Ministry of Tourism such as AIBD, FONSIS, APIX, ADS, ANACIM participated in this fair under the aegis of the Senegalese Agency of Tourism Promotion (ASPT).
