Nigeria – A suicide bombing in northeastern Nigeria on Tuesday (15 August) killed more than 100 people. The provisional record is 28 dead and 83 wounded. Although the bombing has not yet been claimed, the terrorist group Boko Haram is the main suspect.

Three terrorists, probably from the Islamist group Boko Haram, committed a double suicide bombing on Tuesday (August 15th). The tragic event occurred in Maiduguri, in northeastern Nigeria. At first, a woman exploded, killing 27 people in a market in the village of Konduga.

Thereafter, two other alleged members of Boko Haram blew themselves up at the entrance to a refugee camp. This double suicide attack is the nth of a long list. Indeed, Maiduguri is an area considered “the epicenter of clashes between Boko Haram and the Nigerian armed forces.”
