The Atlas Lions of Morocco won 1-0 over the Ghana Black Stars on Monday and are well into the 2021 CAN in Cameroon, while Guinea dominated Malawi on the same score.

For its first game in this Africa Cup of Nations, Morocco has achieved the main by dominating Ghana 1-0 this Monday at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Stadium in Yaoundé.
Dominating his opponent since the kick-off of the match, Morocco ended up finding the flaw seven minutes from the end. It was Angers SCO striker Sofiance Boufal who escaped to the surface to beat Joe Wollacott, the Black Stars goalkeeper in the 83rd minute. A victory that allows the Atlas Lions to temporarily take the lead of Group C while waiting for the match Gabon – Comoros which will be played at 19 hours GMT.

Guinea does the same with Malawi
In Group B, Guinea’s National Sily beat Malawi 1-0 at Bafoussam’s Kouekong Stadium. The only goal of the match was scored by Issiaga Sylla in the 35th minute.
Jose Kanté sends a nice pass to the Toulouse defender. The latter manages to deceive the goalkeeper Ernest Kakhobwe. With this entry victory, the Guineans join Senegal as their next leading opponent in Group B.
