IVORY COAST: PDCI launches a call for applications for the 2020 presidential elections

The Democratic Party of Côte d’Ivoire, the PDCI, which is a former ally of the government, decided Friday, June 5, 2020 to launch a call for candidates. 354 votes out of 372, that is how the criteria for candidacy were adopted, or 95.7% of the votes cast. Local party conventions are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, July 26, 2020.
