Injured in the draw against Everton (3-3) on Saturday, Paul Pogba will be away from the field for several weeks.
The French international suffers from a muscle injury to the thigh, announced his club Manchester United via a statement published this Monday.
A review was needed to assess the extent of the damage and, unfortunately, Pogba is now facing a forced shutdown. He will miss the key matches at home and abroad to come, such as Tuesday in the FA Cup against West Ham, in addition to the Europa League matches against Real Sociedad», reads the statement.
According to his coach Solskjaer, «this is an injury that will take a few weeks to heal».
