2012 Macky Sall Heritage Declaration
1- Direct real estate
A- A villa in nature of land built, located in Dakar, lieudit Patte d’Oie 2, lot n°S032, of a superficial capacity of two hundred and five square meters (205m2) to be distracted by dividing the title number ten thousand seventy-four of the communes of Dakar and Gorée (TF n°10.174/DG), acquired on 05 October 2001 at a price of twelve million (12,000,000) CFA francs, including eight million in credit by the BHS over 15 years. The villa is currently valued at two hundred and fifty million (250,000,000) CFA francs, taking into account the average price of transactions in the area.
B- A villa consisting of sentences and care built on a plot located in Niague, subdivision Jardins du Lac, forming lot number 10 with an area of two hundred and forty(240) square meters, acquired on 21 December 2004 at the price of twelve million (12.000.000) CFA francs. This villa has not recorded any added value due to its obsolescence and is valued at the sum of twelve million (12.000.000) CFA francs.
C- A bare land, located in Dakar, lieudit Almadies, with an area of two thousand sixty nine (2069) square meters and subject to land title number seven thousand eighty two of the commune of Grand Dakar (Land title number/7182/GRD). The land is currently valued at two hundred million (200,000,000) CFA francs, taking into account the average price of transactions in the area.
D- An apartment (Town Home) in Houston, Texas (USA) with an area of three hundred (300) square meters. The said apartment is estimated at the sum of two hundred and twenty thousand dollars ($220,000), of which the value in CFA francs at the date of this day is approximately one hundred and nine million five hundred and twenty thousand three hundred and twelve (109,520,312) CFA francs. This apartment is subject to a bank refund in progress until 2017.
E-A villa of two thousand square meters in Saly Portudal, facing hotel Teranga. Said villa is built on the ground floor plus one (R+1). It has an estimated value of two hundred and fifty (250,000,000) million.
F- A two bedroom villa plus living room in full South-Saly, acquired at thirty five million (35.OO0.OOO) of CFA francs, in 2002, with a present value of fifty million (50.000.000) million CFA francs.
G- A bare plot of land in Fatick (Fatick Subdivision 2) of one thousand two hundred (1,200) square meters by assigning a present value of six (6) million.
H- Nine (9) hectares of land leased in 2004 to Sébikhotane Filfili for agricultural use.
2- Indirect real estate/
A- A Mermoz, Dakar Window Villa with an area of six hundred and ninety nine (699) square metres, forming lot number FM/87, division of title number five hundred and sixty nine of the Grand Dakar Land Book (TF. No. 569/GRD ex TF No. 22259/DG), acquired on 07 October 2006, at a price of one hundred and thirty million (130,000,000) CFA francs, taking into account the average price of transactions in the zone.
This villa belongs to the SCI “Bilbassy”, Société Civile Immobilière Familiale, having its registered office in Dakar (Senegal), Fenêtre Mermoz, with share capital of: one million (1,000,000) CFA francs, divided into one hundred (100) shares of ten thousand (10,000) CFA francs, in which I hold the 60% and the 40% remaining for the benefit of my wife.
II- Corporate securities:
A- Sixty percent (60%) of the shares of the SCI “Bilbassy”, Société Civile Immobilière Familiale, having its registered office in Dakar (Senegal), Fenêtre Mermoz with share capital of: one million (1,000,000) CFA francs, divided into (100) shares of ten thousand (10,000) CFA francs.
B- Seventy percent (70%) of the shares of the company “M3 Consult Sarl”, limited liability company (SARL) with capital of: one million (1,000,000) CFA francs, having its registered office in Dakar (Senegal), Sacré coeur 3 villa n°10447 and registered in the Trade and Furniture Credit Register of the City of Dakar under the number SN DKR2008B18620.
Nevertheless, the company was suspended from business and put in abeyance pursuant to a report of the deliberations of the Extraordinary General Meeting held in Dakar on 11 April 2012, and published in accordance with the law.
III- Fleet of motor vehicles
A fleet of thirty five (35) various vehicles, which are mainly used for the activities of my party (Editor’s note: Alliance pour la République – APR).
President Macky Sall further states that his wife, Mrs.Marème Faye Sall, owns two R+1 villas: one in Sacred Heart 3 serving as the seat of the Alliance for the Republic (APR), valued at eighty (80) million, and the other in Comico III, of an estimated value of ninety (90) million.”
