“La fiesta” is the new song of the All Stars, a band formed by the musical show “Sen Petits Gallé”. As a parody, they gave a beautiful replica of the song of the American artist Madonna “La isla bonita”, a song dating from 1986. For the story, this is the fifth and last single of the album “True Blue” released on February 25, 1987 on Sire Records. It was originally written as a lament, the song is first proposed to Michael Jackson, before Madonna accepts it and rewrites the lyrics with the help of Patrick Leonard. ‘La isla bonita’ is Madonna’s first song with Hispanic influences in her lyrics and music. The lyrics evoke a «beautiful island» and are a tribute to the beauty of the Latin American people according to Madonna.
