Khaled Bellebad whom I quoted yesterday numerous in doing research reported that he was a chargé de mission of the research and innovation department of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition. Khaled is a police commander by the way he was decorated (medal of internal security as evidenced by one of the documents below signed by the former French Minister of the Interior Bernard Cazeneuve and at that time he was captain ).
