In recent days, the national news has been marked by a legal dispute involving two Senegalese citizens. A 20-year-old young lady and a member of Parliament leading a political party. In the course of the legal proceedings relating to a rape, the person in question demonstrated, on the one hand, his public and ostentatious refusal to answer to the Justice. On the other hand, through repeated messages, he called for violence against the insurgency and the weakening of the authority of the State.»

“Terrorist acts, assault”

These unprecedented acts of provocation, with no measure, have provoked violent demonstrations in several neighborhoods of the capital and in other localities of the country, with the support of identified occult forces. It is appropriate to point out that acts of a terrorist nature are deeply regrettable and strongly condemned. Assault, looting, looting and damage to public buildings and private property, but also to businesses owned by natural and legal persons. The government regrets the loss of four lives and offers its sincere condolences.”

«Conspiracies against the State»

Nevertheless, meetings, groups, conspiracies against the state, acts of terrorism and vandalism are noted. They are clearly part of the great banditry and organized insurrection. They constitute a clear violation of the state of health disaster and represent unacceptable disturbances to public order. ‘
