Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita decorated Youssou Ndour, Commander of the National Order in a foreign capacity. The Senegalese artist was in Mali to participate in the 6th Salon de Bamako to provide support to the Malian people.
Youssou Ndour, king of Mbalakh in Senegal and holder of several international distinctions, organized a big concert in the Malian capital, Bamako, this Saturday, February 21, 2020 at the Omnisports Modibo Keita stadium.
A great event following which the Senegalese artist and Minister Counselor to the President of the Republic Macky Sall, was received at the Palace of the Republic and decorated by the Malian President, Ibrahima Boubacar Keita.
