SENEGAL – CNRA threatens certain media outlets

Babacar Diagne, the director of the National Audiovisual Regulatory Council (CNRA) released a press release yesterday Wednesday March 3, 2021 to castigate the posture of certain Senegalese media during the clashes between the police and Senegalese citizens as part of the case involving the opponent Ousmane Sonko. The CNRA noted a certain incitement to revolt and insurgency. Consequently, it does not exclude cutting the broadcast signal of television channels such as Sen Tv, Walf Tv or even 2STv.

Here is the entire dissuasive and coercive CNRA press release published this Wednesday, March 3, 2021.
